Poppy’s Snow Day…
Our cat, Poppy, was anxious to explore the fluffy white snow today… and she loved it!! She’s in her 7th month, so it’s her first winter 
She has snow on the end of her nose in this one! Doesn’t she look like a stealth snow leopard or something??
And after she explored it all, she let me know the curiosity was over and it was time to go back to the warmth… she did, however, proceed to play with and chomp on fresh clumps of snow that we brought in with us!

I had such a fun time on this chilly fall day! What a fun family to photograph, and the colors were absolutely beautiful. Because of the cool weather we alternated shooting indoors and outdoors so the kids (and adults!) could warm up. The kids were troopers and we ended up with a fun set of images.
Alison did a great job during the whole shoot being the big sister!! I love the colors in his shot and what beautiful eyes these girls have.
Anna was so excited and I loved that you can see dad and the other kids in the background!

Diane and Nick are Engaged…
I always have so much fun on engagement shoots getting to know the couples… this time around, however, I had the opportunity to spend time with my cousin and her fiance! It was a brisk fall day but the colors were beautiful and the sunshine kept us warm.
Bella… a little bigger this time!
My parent’s baby girl is growing fast!! It’s been only two months since I saw her last and she’s so much bigger… one of the most well behaved puppies I’ve ever met in my life though. She’s such a doll. I can’t wait to go back for another visit!

We had a lot of fun on this family shoot… we wandered throughout the Madison area and found some meaningful places to represent their life here in Madison! It was a beautiful day, beautiful colors and a beautiful family! I’m glad I could be a part of capturing their relationships and how much they enjoy each other’s company…
Leah, Zach, Sagan and Asha!!
We had a chilly, fall day for this family shoot, but the leaves were beautiful! We had a lot of fun taking photos around the house and then on our walk to Vilas Park. Sagan was entertaining us all eating his apple, hiding behind trees, you name it.:) I enjoy spending time with this family every day, so the shoot was just a bonus!
Kate and Joe are Married!!
Kate and Joe had a beautiful September wedding… although it threatened to rain all day, by the time we went to take photos outdoors the sun was peeking out! I’m lucky to have been a part of Kate and Joe’s special day, and I am even luckier to have them as close friends. They both have wonderful families and were surrounded by many people who care about them so much. Congrats you two and good luck!
Adison, 4 Years Old!
I let two photos slip out earlier because I couldn’t wait to post these ones… it was a tough decision on which to post since there were so many great images of Adison. She was so excited for the photos and we had a lot of fun wandering through Olbrich Gardens!

Bella
As I mentioned in the previous post, my parents recently adopted a new golden retriever puppy into their home, little Bella. I had the pleasure of spending a weekend with the bundle of joy and was able to spend time capturing her lively essence An elderly golden, Austin, was also there to enjoy the weekend and he sure was patient with the young pup!
